Sour cream 1 cup
Refried beans 2 (16 oz) cans
Diced green chilies 1 (4 oz) can Optional
Taco seasoning mix 1 (1 oz) packet
Mexican blend cheese 2 cups, shredded Divided
Cheddar cheese 1 cup, shredded
Black olives ½ cup, sliced Optional topping
Green onions ½ cup, chopped Optional topping
Tomatoes ½ cup, diced Optional topping
Tortilla chips — For serving

1. Preheat Oven
Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Mix Base
In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Add refried beans, green chilies (if using), and taco seasoning. Mix well.
Stir in 1 cup of the Mexican blend cheese.
