Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce Base
In the same skillet, add chopped onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add Liquids and Spaghetti
Pour in crushed tomatoes and chicken broth. Stir in Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes. Bring to a gentle simmer. Break the spaghetti in half and place it into the skillet, making sure it is submerged in the liquid.

Return Pork Chops to the Pan
