120 ml mayonnaise, ready in 5 minutes
2-4 tablespoons white sugar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 kg white cabbage
1 carrot
120 ml mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or light balsamic vinegar
1 medium onion
130 ml heavy creamPreparation
1. First, clean the white cabbage and peel the carrots. Grate the cabbage and carrots finely. Then, peel the onion and finely chop it, but do not cut it.
2. Then, place the cabbage, carrots, and all the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours. Before serving, season with sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, and sour cream, then mix well.
