I've been eating this for breakfast for a month and now all my clothes are too big! Quick and easy breakfast for a slimmer waistline, sugar-free:

60 ml honey (or sweetener of your choice)

50 g fresh raspberries

100 g fresh strawberries

50 g stewii

1 tablespoon of corn flour

Procedure:

In a bowl, combine 100g chia seeds with 480ml almond milk. Add 60ml honey or other sweetener. Set aside for 20 minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell and absorb the liquid.
