Directions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Rice Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice, chicken broth, water, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and dried parsley. Mix well and pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

Season the Chicken: In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken pieces, ensuring they are well coated.

Arrange the Chicken: Place the seasoned chicken pieces on top of the rice mixture in the baking dish, skin side up.
