Bruschetta Chicken Pasta

½ cup grated Parmesan

½ cup shredded mozzarella (optional for melty vibes)

Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the pasta

Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.

2️⃣ Cook the chicken

Season chicken with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Sear in a skillet over medium-high heat 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temp).
Rest 5 minutes, then slice.

3️⃣ Make the bruschetta mix
