Beach Day Italian Sub Salad

1 cup sliced salami
1 cup mozzarella or provolone cheese, cubed or shredded
½ teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Dressing:
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 small garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Prepare the Vegetables:
Wash and chop the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion. Place them in a large salad bowl.

Add the Meats & Cheese:
Layer the diced ham, sliced salami, and cheese over the vegetables.

Add Toppings:
Sprinkle in the olives and pickles. Season with oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Make the Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
