Ingredients:
1 zucchini, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
1 can cannellini beans
1 can diced tomatoes
4 cups vegetable broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Method:
Add all ingredients except pasta (if using).
Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours.
